Bio - The Online Workforce Retention Bootcamp helps managers understand themselves & their workforce in order to effectively engage their teams and reduce employee turnover.

Step 1: To take this course, you will need to purchase it by clicking the registration link HERE. 

This course is open to member and non-member.

• Non-member' price is $269.

Once you have purchased the course, you will be sent a confirmation email containing a link back to the LMS. This will grant you access to the webinar. 

Step 2: The link sent in your confirmation email will send you back to the LMS. Make sure in the top right corner that you are logged into the LMS. Once you are, click the "Watch Here: tab to watch Magnet Culture's Online Workforce Retention Bootcamp. Once you click the link in the "Watch Here" Tab, you will then need to create an account on the Online Workforce Bootcamp's website.

How To Make Sure This Package Goes Into Your "My Courses" Tab: In order to make sure that you add the package to your “My Courses,” you have to go back to the Workforce Bootcamp icon. Hit Details. Click on the “Online Workforce Retention Bootcamp [$169 Member | $269 Non-Member.” Once you are in there, you will need to click Watch Here”, then the package will be added to your “My Courses.
